1. Subscriber is granted access to SIS DataHub Pro and may use the information and data from the site (“SIS Content”) only in online and print articles, on social media, on podcasts/radio, and/or for private purposes. Subscriber may not otherwise distribute, sell, transmit, brand, publish, copy, sublicense, reproduce, or transfer any SIS Content at any time during or after the term of their subscription without the prior written permission of SIS.
2. Subscriber is solely permitted to cite the SIS Content in text, graphs, tables, and other formats consistent with an online or print article. Subscriber is restricted to citing a maximum of five (5) data points per piece of published content and may at no time publish full lists or leaderboards obtained from the SIS DataHub Pro.
3. Direct attribution must be made within each citation of the SIS Content. The credit shall say “Statistical Data provided by Sports Info Solutions” or contain a mutually-agreeable statement that undoubtedly attributes credit to SIS and links to www.SportsInfoSolutions.com.
4. Subscriber is prohibited from sharing their log-in and password information with any other individuals or third party. SIS Content can only be used in material produced by the Subscriber. Sharing information taken from SIS DataHub Pro for use in articles or work produced by third parties is prohibited and will result in termination of subscription.
5. SIS Content can only be used for the purposes outlined in section one of this agreement. Any other use of information taken from SIS DataHub Pro is prohibited.
6. SIS reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to change, modify, add, or remove portions of this Agreement at any time. Subscriber agrees to be bound by this Agreement and any additional terms that may apply.
7. Licensing Fee: Subscriber agrees to pay to SIS amount associated with their subscription package, due on a monthly or annual basis as dictated by their subscription package.
8. Payment: Electronic payment shall reoccur on an automatically renewing schedule.
9. Term: Depending on which subscription is purchased, Subscriber shall have access to SIS DataHub Pro for one month or one-year periods from initial payment unless this Agreement is terminated or extended prior to expiration.
10. Termination: Automatic renewal shall occur monthly or annually unless otherwise instructed by Subscriber. SIS may terminate or suspend access to SIS DataHub Pro immediately for cause, without prior notice or liability, including without limitation upon Subscriber’s breach of these terms.
11. Query Count: Subscriber is prohibited from exceeding 1,000 DataHub Pro queries in a given week. SIS reserves the right to remove access to the SIS DataHub Pro if Subscriber goes over this query count.
